Jennifer Lebedoff is the co-founder of Human Ideas Inc, a company called to increase love in the workplace, decreasing the suffering.  She was half of a top producing real estate team before becoming the Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker Horizon Realty. This company performed in the top 2% for the brand in North America for 22 years, many of those during her long tenure there. She can relate to successful operators' workloads and works to address the pains that have the most significant human impact on an organization. She has turned her passion into her full-time work, freeing up your time and empowering your team with training and support.

Jennifer is a graduate of Anywhere RE’s (formerly Realogy) Ascend Leadership Experience and has a passion for talent development, serving to motivate and educate as a speaker and contributor at industry events, conferences, and leadership trainings.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys empowering women and non-binary folks in recovery as a volunteer and Director for the She Recovers® Canadian Foundation.  She operates a passion Project, The Elderflower, where she teaches yoga and facilitates free workshops for people seeking recovery in her local community.
